- A 6,000 m² flat-roof store for a government engineering officeEngineering, fabrication and erection of a flat-roof steel store. Prequalification was accepted by the consultant with no technical objection, subject to third-party Grade A design review and compliance with QCS 2014.
- A ground-plus-mezzanine store for a state officeEngineering, fabrication and erection of a ground-plus-mezzanine steel store. The mezzanine level carries its own framing and access steel.
